Those that do subscribe you will have access till the end of your current billing period, but you will no longer be invoiced for renewal. Thanks
You can now view your subscription service details from your client area again from Your Active Products/Services > view details.
For Sales & Support our more active hours are PM (uk time) Mon-Fri. Orders are processed in the order they come through. So although we often process orders quickly, at times there might be a delay.
Weekend Sales & Support hours are 8am-2pm (uk time) any orders/renewals or tickets after 2pm will be dealt with the next day. Thanks.
